რესურსზე არსებობს წესები, რომლის დაცვა სავალდებულოა ყველა მომხმარებლისთვის. წესები მუშავდება ადმინისტრაციის მიერ და მასში ცვლილებების შეტანა მხოლოდ მისი პრეროგატივაა. მოცემულ ეტაპზე მოქმედებს შემდგეგი რეგლამენტი:
1. რეგისტრაციისას აუცილებელია მომხმარებელმა დააფიქსიროს სახელი, გვარი და საკონტაქტო მონაცემი, რადგან საჭიროების შემთხვევაში მოხდეს მასთან შეხვედრა;
2. ამ მოთხოვნის იგნორირების შემთხვევაში, ადმინისტრაცია უფლებამოსილია ნებისმიერ დროს გააუქმოს მომხმარებლის ანგარიში.
3. რეგისტრაციისას ფორმა შეივსება მხოლოდ ინგლისურად, წინააღმდეგ შემთხვევაში, ძალაში შედის მე-2 პუნქტი.
4. ვინაიდან კლუბში არიან უცხოელები, ფორუმზე და გალერეაში მოქმედებს შემდეგი წესი: ყველა მომდევნო მონაწილე წერს ინიციტორის მიერ არჩეულ ენაზე. წინააღმდეგ შემთხვევაში, პოსტი უაპელაციოდ წაიშლება და დამრღვევი მიიღებს გაფრთხილებას.
5. აკრძალულია არაფოტოგრაფიული თემების გასხნა, უცენზურო ლექსიკის გამოყენება, შოვინისტური, ფაშისტური და სხვა ძალმომრეობითი მოწოდებები, პორნოგრაფიული ფოტოების გამოქვეყნება და სხვა ანალოგიური ხასიათის გამოსახულებების განთავსება.
6. რეგისტრაციის შემდეგ მომხმარებელი ვალდებულია გაიაროს ვალიდაცია ფოსტის საშუალებით. წინააღმდეგ შემთხვევაში, 3 დღის შემდეგ მისი მონაცემები გაუქმდება. ვალიდაციის გავლის შემდეგ მომხმარებელი შედის პირველად ჯგუფში და საშუალება აქვს გახსნას თემები მისთვის დაშვებულ განყოფილებებში, ისარგებლოს გალერეით.
7. ავტორი გალერეაში ფოტოს განთავსებით ავტომატურად ეთანხმება ამ ფოტოს საჯარო ჩვენებას.
8. მომხმარებლის უფლებები და ვალდებულებები განსაზღვრულია პორტალის რეგლამენტით.
There are some basic rules that are compulsory for every user and must be observed by all users. The rules are regulated by administration. Modifying or updating is only administration’s privilege.
Nowadays operate the following rules:
1. While registration you should type your name, surname and access data - in emergency we will be able to contact you (this request does not concern to well-known photographers and models).
2. In the case of ignoring this request administration reserves rights to abolish user’s account without initial notification at any time
3. Registration form is filled only in English; otherwise the second article will be acted.
4. Because foreigners are included in this club, the following rules operate on the forum and gallery: each following participant types in the language chosen by initiator. Otherwise, post will be deleted without appeal and offender will be warned.
5. Opening non-photographic topics and off-topics are not allowed.
Coarse/insulting and swearing language, challenging and cynical comments, chauvinistic, fascist or other violent calls, publishing porno photos and other analogical images, also using excess digits, letters and other symbolics are strictly forbidden.
Administration will not also tolerate to use slang (only professional slang is permitted), but in the photographers’ group that is absolutely prohibited.
In the case of breaking this rule such comments will be removed without any notification, the offender will be warned.
6. After registration user is obliged to do validation via mail. Otherwise after 3 days his date will be canceled. After validation user enters in the primary group and he is available to open issues in the sections unlocked for him, use a gallery as well. To upload photo in the gallery author is automatically agreed to show his photo publicly. Authors’ rights and liabilities are defined in the Rules |
